Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Catalent is committed to the health and safety of its employees, visitors, and the customers and patients we serve. In light of the Coronavirus outbreak, we have put in place restrictions on access to our sites.
By entering this facility I affirm that:

- Congestion or runny nose

- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Diarrhea

Catalent takes the health and safety of its employees seriously. As such, if you should exhibit the symptoms of, or test positive for, COVID-19 over the next two days, we request that you contact your Catalent host, so that Catalent can take all possible measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
Site visitor guidelines are dependent on local regulations as well as local pandemic status and are subject to change. Your site host will advise on any changes outside of this document prior to visit.
Key Strathroy Site Information
Strathroy, Ontario is one of two sites located in Canada offering softgel manufacturing capabilities for the Pharmaceutical and consumer Health industries. We have a broad range of integrated formulation, manufacturing, analytical and packaging services to offer full-service turnkey solutions.
SECURITY
- All persons visiting the site must be pre-registered by the host or register via CloudGate visitor management software. A sign in kiosk is also available within the reception area. Visitors are issued and must wear a visitor badge at all times while on site. All visitors are required to check out at the Kiosk before leaving the site.
- Visitors are to be accompanied by an employee at all times within the facility.
- Please park in visitor-designated parking areas.
- Cameras, video or audio recording equipment are not permitted in the facility without the prior approval of the responsible manager. This includes certain mobile phones or devices capable of taking pictures.
- Do not bring any chemicals onto the site without the prior approval by your Catalent contact.
ACCESSIBILITY & ACCOMMODATION
- In fulfilling our mission, Catalent strives at all times to provide its goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. Catalent shall upon request, provide or arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication supports for persons with disabilities. Please advise your host in advance so they can work with Human Resources. Support person(s may accompany the person with a disability anywhere the person is going on our premises congruent with visitor guidelines.
SAFETY & EMERGENCY
- Please be aware of displayed warning/personal protection signs and adhere to instruction issued by Catalent staff.
- Follow all posted signage relating to COVID-19, i.e., wearing masks, social-distancing, handwashing etc.
- Catalent issued personal masks are required to be worn at the site.
- Do not enter restricted areas or touch any product, materials, machinery controls or equipment, unless authorized to do so by a Catalent Employee.
GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES (GMP)
- The Pharmaceutical facility adheres to regulatory requirements under Federal Law for Good Manufacturing Process (GMP).
- Visitors are accompanied at all times within the facility. You will be provided with personal protective gowning requirements relevant to the areas visited during your stay. Jewelry will need to be removed prior to entering GMP Production areas.
- For safety, footwear should be closed toe and with a low heel.
