Catalent is committed to the health and safety of its employees, visitors, and the customers and patients we serve. In light of the Coronavirus outbreak, we have put in place restrictions on access to our sites.

Key Morrisville Site Information
Catalent’s facility in Morrisville is the Center of Excellence for Analytical Services and Inhalation and provides end-to-end drug development solutions and commercial production for Nasal and Inhalation combination products. The site also provides a range of analytical support services, including pre-formulation screening, formulation and method development, stability storage and testing, structural chemistry, and compendial release capabilities for a wide variety of dose forms.
SECURITY
- All persons visiting the site must register with the receptionist, wear the issued visitor name tag or contractor badge at all times while on the property, and return the badge upon check-out. Please observe speed limits and stop signs while driving on the premises and yield to pedestrians.
- Please park in visitor-designated parking areas.
- All briefcases, bags, boxes, lunch boxes, containers, etc. are subject to inspection.
- Taking photographs or videos are not allowed on site without prior authorization from site management.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited on plant property and include privately owned firearms.
- Entry into the GMP Manufacturing areas requires special gowning. Training will be provided by your host prior to entry.
GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES (GMP)
- This Pharmaceutical facility adheres to regulatory requirements under US Federal Law for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Europe, Japan and International Regulations.
- Visitors are accompanied at all times within the facility. You will be provided with personal protective gowning requirements relevant to the areas visited during your stay. Jewelry will need to be removed prior to entering GMP Production areas.
SIGNS & WARNINGS
- Please be aware of displayed warning/personal protection signs and adhere to instruction issued by Catalent staff.
- Do not enter restricted areas or touch any product, materials, machinery controls or equipment, unless authorized to do so by a Catalent Employee.
SAFETY & EMERGENCY
- Visitors must be accompanied at all times within the facility. If you discover a fire or hear the fire alarm:
- Alert the nearest Catalent employee and/or pull fire alarm. Please be aware of the EVACUATION ROUTES in the areas which you’ll be working and ask a Catalent employee for further clarification, if needed. Egress maps are posted throughout the facility. Evacuate the building immediately via the nearest exit in an orderly manner. Go to your designated meeting location and check in with host or receptionist. (See map for evacuation assembly area). Do not re-enter any building that is in a state of alarm. Do not stand or block fire exits, aisles, electrical panels, or fire equipment.
- If you witness an emergency illness or injury:
- Call 911 if necessary, (dial 9-911 if calling from a building phone) and notify security by calling x8900.
- If you have an accident or feel ill, inform your host who will arrange for first aid.
GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES (GMP)
- The Pharmaceutical facility adheres to regulatory requirements under Federal Law for Good Manufacturing Process (GMP).
- For safety, footwear should be closed toe, no sling-back, and a low heel.
