Mr. McErlane will lead all of Catalent’s Biologics businesses and global service offerings – including development, drug substance manufacturing, drug product fill-and-finish, cell and gene therapy, and analytical services.

She will be responsible for leading Catalent’s global human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology, and performance management.

Mr. Masanovich will have responsibility for all aspects of Catalent’s global financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, controllership, public reporting and investor relations, capital markets activities, bill payment and collection, tax, and treasury.

Experts and speakers from Catalent and JLABS will be joined by speakers from Johnson & Johnson and Cardiff Advisory LLC.

OneBio Suite offers customers an integrated service to accelerate programs from development to manufacturing, including fill/finish and packaging, and support for clinical supply and commercial launch.

The expanded services and capabilities include the storage, kitting, and distribution of advanced cell and gene therapies at ultra-low temperatures for clinical trials.
