Creating A Culture of Operational Excellence Presented at European Summit

Mr. Mazoir’s presentation, scheduled for 5.30 pm on June 17th, will provide insight into how Catalent has developed and is sustaining a process excellence culture through sharing a clear vision, engaging and empowering its workforce, transforming culture and behavior through leadership, and building process excellence in teams and individuals. He will give examples of how simple, clear and consistent processes drive Catalent’s brand promise and its customers’ expectations to “Reliably Supply."
With over 18 years experience gained working in different industry sectors, including Automotive, Electronics, Flexible Packing and Consulting, in both operational and strategic roles, Mr. Mazoir has gained significant end-to-end experience in managing different aspects of continuous improvement, operational excellence and change management. At Catalent, he has responsibility for driving Operational Excellence in European Sterile Operations. Mr. Mazoir was awarded for the best industrial Lean Six Sigma project in France in 2011.
