VICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND INTEGRATION OFFICER

Karen Santiago was named Vice President Business Transformation & Integration Officer in January 2024. Before Karen joined Catalent in 2022, she spent 19 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company in various roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President & Corporate Controller, Principal Accounting Officer from 2018 to 2022 and Lead Enabling Functions and Finance Transformation from 2016 to 2018. Since 2013 Ms. Santiago has served on the board of The Arc of New Jersey, the state’s largest organization advocating for and serving children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. She holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University.
