At Catalent, we believe having diverse suppliers in our supply chain will drive innovative and creative solutions that benefit our business, our patients and customers, and the communities in which we operate.

Our Commitment

We are committed to further incorporating diversity into the Global Procurement and Supply Chain Organization to develop more business partnerships with qualified minority, women, veteran, disadvantaged, disabled, LGBTQ+, small business enterprises, and others that create mutual benefits.

Catalent Supplier Diversity Program

As part of our evolving responsible supplier initiative, and to further advance diversity and inclusion outside of our walls, we implemented a supplier diversity program led by our Global Procurement Organization.

This program is designed to accelerate diversity throughout our supply chain and provide an even broader range of supplier partners to our business. We’ve already begun to integrate requirements to include qualified diverse suppliers in our global sourcing process. We are actively engaging with external resources to access information on suppliers that hold diverse status certifications and working with our consultants to unlock potential diverse suppliers under their supplier outreach program.
